• Enter your name and e-mail address on the contest page (Required)
  
• Enter the 'bonus entry' code, that you can find displayed within the Sweepstakes Ninja video review by watching it (Bonus Entry)
  
• Visit an online property of the Sponsor, and answer a bonus question based on content (Bonus Entry)
  
• Use a special link that is created for your initial entry, and ask people to click it and visit the Sweepstakes Ninja website. Each unique click (unique meaning unique IP address) will count as an entry. (Bonus Entry)
  
  Acceptable means of getting people to click on your link include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Post a link (or several) in your facebook account, and tell people to click the link, and visit the Sweepstakes Ninja site and try out the software
• Tweet it, and tell people to click on the link, and visit the Sweepstakes Ninja site and try out the software
• Post a link on your webpage, blog, and so forth, and ask people to click on the link and visit the Sweepstakes Ninja site and try out the software
• Link/Vote exchanges - Providing it is a real person clicking on the link and not machine automated, link exchanges and vote exchanges are acceptable
• Write a blog posting talking about the software, and ask people to click the link
• Include the link in your forum signature
• Asking people to click on it in an online newsletter that you run or have access to

All 'valid' clicks will be subject to verification. Any and all potential winning entries will be subject to having the clicks verified. 

Unacceptable clicks include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Clicks generated through proxy servers. For example, you can't simply click on the link yourself through multiple proxies from different IP Addresses to artificially increase your count. This can be detected, and will be verified.
• Clicks generated through iframe, javascript or other scripting means or methods in which a person does not click on the link. You can't use iframe, javascript, etc., to artificially inflate clicks. This can be detected, and will be verified.
• Junk traffic, i.e., machine automated/scripts/macros that visit a site to artificially inflate traffic results. This can easily be detected, and will be verified. This also includes junk traffic from some 'traffic exchanges' where the sole purpose is to inflate visitor counts.
• Spam traffic, i.e., using e-mail safelists, non opt-in e-mailing, any e-mail whereby the user does not opt-in, etc. This can easily be detected, and will be verified.
• In general, if a link is not visited or clicked on by a real person, and the SweepstakesNinja.com site not visited by a real person, then the click will not be valid. If there are a significant number of invalid links, and it appears, at the sole discretion of Sweepstakes Ninja, that results have been artificially inflated to increase the chances of winning, then those entries will be disqualified.

It is acceptable to have multiple clicks from the same IP address, however only the first click from a specific/unique IP address will count as an entry. This means, for example, that if you click on the link from the same IP address several times, only the first click will count as an entry. This is determined automatically by our system. It also means, for example, for example, that if you had 10 friends, and all 10 friends each had a unique IP address, and each clicked on each others links, only the first 10 unique clicks would count as an entry. Each subsequent entry would not count, since it would be a duplicate IP address entry. This is to help ensure that everyone is given a fair chance at winning the prize.

If you are chosen as a potential winner, the source and types of clicks will be analyzed. If a significant portion (subject to our interpretation of 'significant', which depends on the number of entries), of them appear to be generated by any of the above means, or in otherwords appear to be 'junk' or 'spam' clicks, the entries will be disqualified and a new potential winner will be selected. This process will continue until a legitimate winner is found.

All online contest entries become the property of Sweepstakes Ninja, and promotional sponsors of the contest. Entries will not be returned and may be used by Sweepstakes Ninja, and sweepstakes merchandise sponsors for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.

b) Awarding of Prize: The Prize will be awarded to the individual whose contact information (e-mail address) has been given by the entrant at time of creation of the prize link and who has complied with these Rules

2. PRIZE

a) Prize: The prize will consist of One Winner for a 1 XShot camera extender (http://xshot.com/products/xshot-2) ($34.95)
1 iPhone 4/4S case with a tripod adapter http://xshot.com/products/xshot-iphone-4-case ($34.95 USD). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $70 USD. The prize(s) may not be exactly as shown. 

There will be a random draw out of all elgible entries. Each Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the Prize will be allowed. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes are each winner's sole responsibility. Each Prize will be forwarded to the winner within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date when the winner's signed Declaration and Release Form is received by Sweepstakes Ninja.

b) Odds: The odds of being randomly selected to win a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each applicable Contest Period.

c) Prize Draw: The Prize will be awarded by a random computer generated draw from all eligible Contest entries received during the applicable Contest Period,

d) WINNER SELECTION: Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about July 31, 2012 from among all eligible Entries received. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail, and has 48 hours to respond. If no response is provided, a new potential winner will contacted, until one is found. Eligibility and/or a Liability Release will need to be signed and returned via e-mail. Failure to timely return request for signed documents within a specified time or return of any prize notification for any reason will cause prize to be forfeited at Sponsor's sole discretion. The odds of winning drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

3. General Rules

a) All Contest entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. Sweepstakes Ninja will be the sole and final reference source in validating a Prize claim.

b) By participating, each Customer and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Sweepstakes Ninja, (b) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Ninja, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest; (c) to permit Sweepstakes Ninja and promotional sponsors of the contest to use his/her name, address, city, state or province, of residence, photograph, video, or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without any additional compensation and (d) the winner agrees to sign a Declaration and Release Form to this effect. By entering the contests, winners agree to have their name posted on our winners page.

c) INDEMNIFICATION BY ENTRANT. By entering the Contest, entrant releases and holds Sweepstakes Ninja harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to the entrant or any other person, including personal injury, death, or property damage, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, participation in the Contest, any breach of the Contest Rules, or in any Prize-related activity. The entrant agrees to fully indemnify Sweepstakes Ninja from any and all claims by third parties relating to the Contest, without limitation.

d) The decisions of Sweepstakes Ninja in relation to this Contest will be final and binding on all entrants.

e) Sweepstakes Ninja shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online survey, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.

f) Sweepstakes Ninja reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion, in the event of a technical failure, computer virus or bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or any other occurrence or cause beyond its control that corrupts or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness or normal operation of the Contest.

g) If a selected entrant is awarded the Prize due to a system error, malfunction or defect the Prize will be returned to the Prize pool, to be re-awarded.

h) Under no circumstances will Sweepstakes Ninja, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies be required to award more Prizes than what is indicated in these Rules or award the Prizes other than in accordance with these Rules.

i) No purchase is necessary. You can enter the contest by using one of the above stated means of entry in Section 1.

j) The Contest Rules are subject to change without notice. By participating in the Contest entrants agree that: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SWEEPSTAKES NINJA, OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRIZE, EVEN IF SWEEPSTAKES NINJA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

k) If a resident of Canada is selected as a winner, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed, mathematical skill-testing question by pre-arranged e-mail before the awarding of the prize.
